DJI Air 2S has a published maximum wind resistance of 10.7 m/s. Source: DJI aircraft specifications, read . The value retains the manufacturer's published unit.

Compare This Rating with Live Wind and Gusts

Open the live drone weather hub and choose the metro nearest your flight site. Read the forecast valid time and any stale-data message first. The free summary reports wind at 80 m / 262 ft AGL, surface wind and surface gusts. The altitude value represents sustained wind at that height. The gust value is from the surface feed; it is not a measured gust at 80 m.

The free summary uses knots (kt). Match units before comparing: convert knots to metres per second by multiplying by 1852 and dividing by 3600; convert knots to kilometres per hour by multiplying by 1.852. These are unit conversions, not extra aircraft limits. Keep a published range as a range. Do not select its upper end as an automatic flight threshold.

Compare both the sustained wind and gusts with the aircraft instructions. Also check the launch site, return route and landing area. A sheltered ground position can hide wind over a roof, ridge or open field. A headwind on the return leg can reduce progress toward home. Battery condition, payload and the available landing options affect the decision.

Use the Rating in a Complete Preflight Check

The hub assessment uses its published default limits. It is not configured for DJI Air 2S by this page. Read the reasons behind the result and apply the aircraft manual yourself. Hourly drone-altitude winds, custom flight limits and the flight briefing remain PRO tools.

Read wind at flight height to understand the 80 m data. It is not a 400 ft measurement. Use the preflight checklist to review visibility, clouds, rain, temperature and airspace before departure. The wind rating alone does not establish a safe flight.

Planning aid only. Check conditions at the flight site and use an official briefing. A weather page does not grant flight or airspace approval.
