By creating an account, subscribing to VectorWX PRO, or using the VectorWX service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VectorWX provides weather visualization, forecasting, radar imagery, and analysis tools. The free tier includes core layers and features. VectorWX PRO provides access to premium layers (ECMWF, ICON, severe weather parameters), extended radar frames, model comparison, weather alerts, and other advanced features as described on the upgrade page.
VectorWX PRO is offered as a recurring subscription billed monthly ($5.00/month) or annually ($50.00/year). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate at each renewal. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain full access until that date.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. VectorWX does not store your credit card information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For assistance, click the VectorWX icon in the bottom-left corner of the application to contact support.
Weather data is provided “as-is” from third-party sources including NOAA, the National Weather Service (NWS), ECMWF, DWD, and other sources. VectorWX makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather data. Do not rely solely on VectorWX for life-safety decisions. Always follow official NWS warnings and guidance from local emergency management.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: automated scraping or data harvesting, redistribution of data or imagery, posting harmful, misleading, or offensive content through social features, or attempting to circumvent subscription restrictions or access controls.
Content posted through social features (weather reports, observations) may be reviewed by automated moderation systems. VectorWX reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or community guidelines without notice. You retain ownership of your content but grant VectorWX a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorWX and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
